You can judge the size according to our detail information and pictures. While if you cannot decide by yourself, you can offer us the information of your body circumference and we’ll give you the Professional advice.
About color?
Crossdressform silicone product the longer you use, the better close to your real skin color. Because the production batch, the silicone products your received perhaps have a little color difference with pictures, hope your understand.
If you can’t confirm your color or you need to custom color, please contact.
Which countries can we ship to?
We can ship to most countries and regions around the world, including the United States, France, Italy, Canada, Australia, Japan, and more.
What day will my order ship?
After you place an order, we will first confirm the product and address with you via email. Usually, the product can be shipped 1 to 2 working days after the email confirmation.
If the product is out of stock or customized, it will take 3 to 5 working days to ship. We will communicate with you through email throughout the whole process.
How soon will my order arrive?
Most items can be delivered within 8 to 12 working days after shipment. We ship from our Chinese factory to your order address after customs clearance in Hong Kong.
Will I get any tracking information?
As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking information for your parcel. This is the best way to find out where your order is and when you can expect delivery.
Tracking information is only sent after your order has been shipped to you.
What is on the outside of the box? Is it discreet?
All of our orders are shipped completely discreetly for your privacy. We only use plain, unmarked boxes and envelopes for shipping orders to you. There will be no marks on the outside of the box that says what is inside.

About Return and after-sale service?
We offered you the 15 days no reason return, and more important if you want to repair you silicone breast after a long time, you just need pay for the post fee and we’ll repair it for you for free.
How do l apply for a refund or exchange?
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us at weibor1025@gmail.com 14 days uponreceiving your item. We will only accept exchange for items that are defected or damaged upon arrival.
*This does not include items that are dirty, broken, damaged or stained after being used.
After contact, please send us your unwanted item. Upon receipt of the article, we will ship out areplacement, if available. lf a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of youritem.
Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can l cancel or change my order?
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us at weibor1025@gmail.com within 24 hours ofmaking your purchase.
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours have passed.
What if l put the wrong shipping address?
If you have put the wrong shipping address, please contact us at weibor1025@gmail.com as soon as possible.
If your order has already been shipped out or delivered to the wrong address, we will have to charge you a shipping fee to resend your order again.
We do not offer refunds to orders shipped to the wrong address.
My package went missing. What should l do?
crossdressform is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are already confirmed to be delivered to theshipping address provided. Contact us at weibor1025@gmail.com to receive a confirmation on date delivery,tracking information, and shipping carrier information for customers to investigate.
How to care the silicone product?
- Clean them in lukewarm water with mild soap, air-dry or with towel gently;
- Keep away from hot temperature, sunshine, sharp pointy things, washing machine, chemical material;
- To avoid discoloration of other clothes, do not clean the products with other clothes.
- This product is easy dyeing. Therefore, do not wear faded clothes or jewelry. Artificial dyeing is not refundable.
