Yes — once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track it on the carrier’s website any time.

All orders are shipped in a plain cardboard box with no branding, product images, or indication of the contents. Your privacy is fully protected.

Request a return within 14 days of delivery. You may open the outer shipping packaging to inspect the item. Change-of-mind returns must be unworn, unused, clean and undamaged, with original product packaging and accessories. If a product has a hygiene seal, keep it intact. Contact support before returning anything. One-year limited warranty from delivery covers material and manufacturing defects. Normal wear, punctures, excessive stretching, incorrect cleaning, staining, accidents and unauthorized alterations are excluded. Claims are assessed individually; replacement is not automatic.

Report visible defects, wrong items or transit damage within 7 days of delivery, preferably as soon as possible. Keep the packaging and provide your order number, product and damage photos, packaging and shipping-label photos, and a description of the issue. We review the evidence before offering repair, replacement or, where appropriate, a refund. An unboxing video is helpful but is not mandatory. The 7-day reporting request does not exclude later-discovered defects covered by warranty or statutory rights.

Under our commercial policy, customers pay return postage for ordinary returns and arrival-issue claims; we pay replacement shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For warranty repairs, customers pay shipping in both directions. These rules do not apply where mandatory consumer law requires different remedies, costs or refunds.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Please email us immediately with the correct address. We will update the shipping label if the parcel has not left our warehouse yet.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and determine the next steps.
